Dr. R.K. Mehta is the founder, Managing Director, and Chief Surgeon of Apex Hospital and Research Centre, established in March 2001. Recognizing the challenges faced by infertile couples, he founded Apex IVF Centre in Sirsa under "APEX IVF (P) LTD" in 2011. As Director, Chief Consultant, and Andrologist, he has brought happiness to over 300 couples in the past four years, earning recognition as the best surgeon in Sirsa, Haryana.
A leading Endoscopic/Laparoscopic surgeon, he graduated from SPMC Bikaner (1994) and completed MS in General & Laparoscopic Surgery from PGIMS Rohtak. He underwent extensive training at Escorts and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi for three years.
Dr. Mehta embodies strong ethical values with a patient-friendly approach rooted in rural Indian upbringing. He serves as a friend, mentor, and guide to patients, with a philosophy of "Trust in God and Do Right." A fitness enthusiast, he promotes healthy lifestyles among patients and staff.
